This page is kinda "meh", in my opinion. The flow could be better, and the lack of background makes it pretty dull to look at. 
In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, I heard you could go swimming. I wondered if other animals could go swimming as well, and then this popped into my mind. XD

I don't see anything wrong with the flow, if that's any comfort to you.
I wasn't sure what the girl was holding, perhaps a piece of stationery? But for the purposes of this, it really doesn't matter. Great effect with making the animal character wet. As far as I know, I think it's more or less accurate.
And it's funny! Of course it's funny. My favorite would be the last panel, naturally, with the stark contrast between the two in so many ways. I love these little Animal Crossing comics and will look forward to seeing more!
